Returns Policy

OUR REFUND POLICY OPERATES WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF THE NSW OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING

Goods may be returned and a credit note issued if sent back within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition accompanied by the tax invoice.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind
• make a wrong decision
• do not have the operating systems or equipment necessary to activate electronic materials supplied, or
• purchase a text knowing that it is imperfect e.g. a sale or reduced price item due to minor damage

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be replaced by a new copy.

Goods bought as a package cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal has been broken or access cards opened

Credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost.

Do not return items for refund before contacting your United Campus Bookshops retail outlet for advice. Postage charges will be the responsibility of the online customer.
