United Campus Bookshops have a policy of never charging more than the recommended list price*.

We are an Australian Company, our ABN is 49 788 025 453 and our ACN is 056 270 476.

The prices displayed on our website are updated as we receive current stock into our warehouse, therefore the price may be out of date for stock not recently received.

We will advise customers of price variations greater than 10% otherwise we will proceed with the order.

* Variation from the recommended list price may occur if books are ordered from a publisher who does not specify a recommended list price Imported items are priced at the conversion rate at the time of import and include freight and GST. Some locally supplied books may incur surcharges.

Payment Mode – NAB Transact

UCB uses NAB Transact to provide customers with an easy, secure payment method.

Prices displayed are in Australian dollars only (AUD).

Delivery Times

Titles held in stock will be sent to you immediately with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days.

Title(s) not in stock will be sourced from our supplier and it is likely we have an existing order to maintain stock levels. If the title is in stock with our supplier, dispatch estimates range from 1-4 weeks for Australian suppliers/publishers and 3-6 weeks for International suppliers/publishers.

Delivery options

We ship throughout Australia via Australia Post and cannot make any guarantees about its delivery schedule. Through using our default postage option - Registered Post you will have access to a tracking number for your parcel to be correctly located.

UCB uses ECI (Express Courier International) or Airmail where ECI cannot be used, to deliver internationally. UCB uses ECI as a default postage solution for its International customers as it is traceable with tracking numbers you will have access to. Please allow extra time for shipment.
