Our Policies
United Campus Bookshops has been active in the tertiary bookshop
industry for over 35 years. Each bookshop outlet is managed
independently to cater for individual differences and we have
the latest technology to facilitate accurate fast ordering
of books with direct links to over 500 publishers.
United Campus Bookshops makes all efforts to ensure your
texts are despatched as soon as possible. Most times we despatch
within 40 hours but at the beginning of each semester due
to extreme demand the time taken is often considerably longer.
Ordering early will mean avoiding the heaviest demand periods.
If items ordered are not available clients will receive a
notice in the first package received. Back ordered items will
be despatched as soon as reasonably possible once in-store.
Postage and the books being posted are only charged when they
are about to be posted.
All items are despatched via Australia Post, unless otherwise
instructed, and once despatched are subject to Australia Post's
delivery schedules" .
In total we provide books for over 40,000 tertiary students
both on campus and through distance education. For this reason
our website has been designed to incorporate shopping facilities
for our distance students and easy access for anyone wishing
to purchase a book, just log on and start looking.
